Alice is a Registered Nurse and Beauty Therapist who holds a Master of Nursing Practice, with extensive experience across dermatology, plastic surgery, advanced skin treatments, and laser therapy.
Alice is passionate about skin health and skin confidence. Her approach is supportive, judgement-free, and focused on helping clients feel comfortable, understood, and confident in their skin.
When not at First Base, Alice continues to work alongside leading Dermatologists and Plastic Surgeons, expanding her knowledge across medical and cosmetic practices. She also works as a travel nurse throughout rural and remote Australia, providing skin cancer surveillance and assisting in surgical procedures for communities with limited access to specialist healthcare.

Georgia is a qualified Beauty Therapist with over eight years of industry experience and a well-earned reputation as the brow and lash perfectionist of the team.
With a passion for enhancing natural features, Georgia specialises in brow sculpting, brow laminations, and lash lifts. Whether it's a subtle tidy-up or a complete brow transformation, her eye for detail and personalised approach ensure every treatment is tailored to the individual.
Beyond the treatment room, Georgia brings valuable experience in clinic management and operations, giving her a deep understanding of client care and what it takes to make every client feel like family. Her warm, friendly nature and commitment to helping clients feel comfortable and confident make her a favourite among both new and returning clients.
